Real men wear cat tattoos and Mickey ears. Okay well, Tucker & Jack do.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Disneyland and California Adventure and spent some time with the special event planning folks to learn what to expect from HalloweenTime (Mickey’s Trick or Treat event) this year. I decided to video tape nearly the entire presentation to share with you. Cuz I thought you might like to know too! Lot’s of new stuff including dance clubs, new ‘treat trails’ and just great creative areas…
Since I last announced info on Halloween, I got a few emails from people asking about costume restrictions. So here is the official word- straight from Disneyland to my email inbox to you…
“All costumes must adhere to any guidelines as determined solely by Disney. Please choose costumes that are not obstructive, offensive, or violent. Guests' eyes must be visible at all times.”
Basically as it was explained to me….leave weapons and full face masks at home. Really horrific or costumes of a ‘mature’ nature could keep you from entering the park. Use your best judgment. Disney trusts you.
Oh my friend Suz did a nice Whrrl thingy (slideshow) of the press event yesterday. Come take a look if you are interested.
Of course my favorite is this photo of The Three Disneyland Moms (Lisa, Suz and ME) with the evil Queen.
